Is this a real trainer?

Pax is an AI coach. FitPact is built to text you every day, write a session that fits today, and check form from a photo. It is not a licensed trainer in the room with you, and it is not a doctor. For lifts you cannot see clearly, or anything that hurts, we tell you to get a human.

Do I need a gym?

No. Home, dumbbells, a bench, a backpack, or a walk. If you have a gym, say so and the sessions use it.

What if I already know how to work out?

Good. You are the customer. FitPact is accountability first, programming second.

What if I skip a week?

You get one calm text, not a campaign. Reply BACK for a 20-minute Day 1. Reply PAUSE or CANCEL if you want silence.

Is this medical advice?

No. FitPact does not diagnose, treat, or claim to prevent any disease. If you have chest pain, a pop, swelling, or an injury, stop and talk to a doctor or licensed clinician. Read the disclaimer at the bottom.

WhatsApp or SMS?

WhatsApp by default. SMS fallback if delivery fails or you ask for it.

Can I cancel?

Who we are.

FitPact is operated by {LEGAL NAME} (“we”), {ADDRESS}. Email: hello@fitpact.com.

What we collect.

When you buy and use FitPact we collect: name or first name you give us; phone number; email Stripe has; payment tokens held by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers); WhatsApp/SMS message content you send, including photos you choose to send; equipment, schedule, and limit notes you give the coach; device-ish metadata the messaging vendor provides (for example, delivery receipts); and basic site analytics if we turn them on.

What we do not want.

Do not send medical records, government IDs, or photos of other people. We do not ask for weight, body-fat, or diagnoses. Do not send them.

How we use it.

To run the subscription, send the coaching texts you asked for, remember your plan, process payments and cancels, fix the product, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We use an AI model provider to generate replies. Your messages are sent to that provider to produce the next text. We use WhatsApp (Meta), Twilio, Stripe, and an automation tool (Make or Zapier) as processors.

AI.

Replies are generated by a third-party model. Do not put secrets in the thread. We do not use your chats to train a public “FitPact personality model” of our own. We cannot control a vendor’s separate training policy — read theirs, and ask us if you want a current list of vendors.

Legal bases / US note.

We process this information to perform the contract you buy, to operate the service, and to meet SMS/WhatsApp compliance (HELP/STOP). If you are in a state with a privacy statute (for example California), you may have rights to access, delete, or correct. Email hello@fitpact.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We will need to verify the phone/email on the account.

Texts.

By paying and giving us a number you ask us to text you on WhatsApp and, if needed, SMS. Frequency varies (typically one daily check-in plus replies). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel messages. We still may send a single confirmation and legally required billing mail.

Sharing.

We share data with vendors who run messaging, payments, hosting, and the model. We do not sell your phone number to data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect a person from serious harm.

Retention.

Active account: we keep the message log as long as you are a member and for a limited period after (we suggest 12 months unless law says longer) so we can handle refunds and abuse. Cancel: we keep billing records as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete message content; we will say what we cannot delete (Stripe invoices, STOP logs).

Photos.

Form photos are part of the message log. They are not a public feed. Delete request: email us.

Children.

FitPact is 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we did, we delete the coaching data and cancel the sub.

Security.

We use vendors’ HTTPS and access controls. No texting product is perfectly secure. Do not send anything you would not want a vendor’s support staff to be able to see in a log.

Changes.

We will update this page and change the date. Material changes: we will text or email if we still have a working channel.
